Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your pieces. This policy explains how to return an item and get a refund, including the EU right of withdrawal and US return practice. This document was last updated on the date of your most recent site publication.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us clearly (for example by email to daraevadk@gmail.com) before the period ends.
After cancelling, return the item within 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return), using your original payment method.
US & other customers
You may return unworn, undamaged items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
Condition of returns
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and with any tags, certificates and original packaging. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g. pierced earrings) may be non-returnable unless faulty — this will be indicated on the product.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund including return shipping, in line with your statutory rights.
Return shipping cost
Unless an item is faulty or not as described, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
